How limits and billing work
AI requests are per member, per workspace. An eligible Starter trial grants 50 requests once; Basic adds no monthly allowance. Plus includes 1,000 and Premium 3,000 per subscription month, including on annual plans. Unused trial requests remain available with active workspace access; paid balances do not roll over. All plans include budgeting, permissions, history, core KPI tracking, and safety controls. Priority queue means requests handled ahead of standard requests, without guaranteed response times. This priority applies to messages sent through the in-app support chat.
The localized App Store or Google Play price, currency, taxes, and billing period shown before confirmation govern your purchase. Prices may differ by store and country. Yearly plans are charged yearly.
Subscriptions are available through the App Store on supported Apple clients and Google Play on Android. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until canceled through the purchasing store. Website checkout is not available. Eligible accounts receive one 14-day Starter trial without automatic conversion to a paid subscription. Starter trial limits differ from Basic.
Manage renewal with the store account used for purchase: Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Accessing Shapers on another platform does not change the purchasing store or cancel renewal.
Upgrades, downgrades, and billing-period changes follow the purchasing store’s confirmation and verified effective date. A scheduled downgrade keeps the current plan until it takes effect. Shapers’ three owned-workspace limit is separate from its three store subscription positions: signing into another Shapers account does not make an occupied position available. Ended positions may be reused after verification, while historical purchases remain associated with their original workspace.
