Review channel messages
Approve a writer’s update or work with them on revisions before it is published.
Writer submission
A writer can submit a message but cannot publish it directly. It remains unpublished until an assigned channel moderator approves it. While pending, only the writer and channel moderators can see it.
Moderator actions
Approve to publish the latest submitted version, request improvements with a required comment, or reject when it should not be published.
Apply requested changes
The writer can apply changes and resubmit, or decline the request. The review discussion remains available while the message is under review; the final approved message is what normal readers see.
