Online check-in

   Open the meeting and choose Check in.

   Enter the active code shown by the host, then submit and wait for confirmation.

In-person check-in

   Open the meeting and choose Check in.

   Turn on Bluetooth if requested, then allow Bluetooth, nearby-device, and local-network access when Shapers prompts you. The exact prompts depend on your device.

   Select the nearby meeting and enter the meeting code shown by the host.

4. 04

   Keep both devices nearby while Shapers verifies the short-lived proximity proof.

5. 05

   Wait for the checked-in confirmation.

If check-in fails

Confirm that the host session is still active, the code matches, and both devices have the required services enabled. A code without valid nearby proof cannot complete an in-person check-in.
